**Q: Have you found this to be mild laxative?**
A: No, I have not found it to be a mild laxative.

**Q: Is it good for washing your hair?**
A: YES, I have noticed that my hair, as well as my skin,  is softer.  We have really exceptional well water, but the little filter bead in the handle (which are replaceable) filter out even more mineral particles giving you softened water.  It also filters out impurities such as chlorine, and other chemicals some cities use to kill bacterial agents in water.

**Q: How do you save water using this? Anyone know or see a difference in water bill?**
A: I haven't checked the water bill but it works like any restrictor valve, the difference is it does shoot out less water but at higher pressure. You can tell once you get the unit. 
I like the feel of the higher pressure stream, you can tell the difference with the rain stream. However this head does need to be taken apart and clean the flat metal piece periodically otherwise the flow starts to get blocked in some areas of the head. I also noticed sometimes that can be corrected not due to obstructions but simply taking apart and reassembly of the head itself would correct the issue. I'm not sure what causes it mechanically.

**Q: Can anyone recommend a mount that can actually hold this when it is on? The recommended one can't hold it since it is grabbing it at the bottom.**
A: Look for a Universal on at least 1/8" wider then shower head base- I had to use our old one for it to fit since, like you, the recommended one didn't fit

So in my area, we have very hard water. It affects my skin alot the shower will have white material collecting on faucets etc. I didn't know what to look for in a water filter but tried this one because it seems affordable and water pressure is important to me. This filter is so nice. I felt like I took a shower in a spa or under a waterfall. The water pressure is amazing if you like to take a shower with good water pressure and it has different settings. Also the filter I only showered once and can feel a difference in my skin and hair it feels softer and clean. The water in my area was causing me to have more white heads etc. I would shower and wash my face multiple times a day and not feel clean because of the residue and excess oil my skin was producing from the harsh chemicals. I'm beyond happy with this filter even my kids liked it my older son said he never wanted to get out and it was amazing. I can't comment yet on the longevity or quality of it, it seems nice I hope it continues to work well for a fair amount of time. You will have to buy the shower hose and the stainless steel connector thing it is only the shower head not the system. It was pretty easy for me to install. Best $40 I think I've ever spent, I don't know why I didn't get a filter sooner

I switched to the NOSAME shower head and it seriously upgraded my showers. The water pressure is amazing, and the 3 spray modes make it feel like a mini spa at home. My skin and hair feel way softer, probably thanks to the built-in filter that helps with hard water. Plus, it’s super easy to install. I did it myself in like 5 minutes. If you’re into self-care or just want better showers, this one’s a game-changer! Only thing is I wish it lasted longer. I have to keep buying a ton of these due to the filter running out.
