Anytime I start worrying my thumbnails or any other I dab a little bit of the product on the danger zone. I know if I mess with it, then mess with my mustache the taste will end up in my mouth and it's a bitter taste that takes awhile to go away. I've upped my review to 5 stars. It goes on clear and smooth leaving a very light layer of polish. What I used before from this brand was an oil and absorb quickly, transferred to anything touched, but didn't last. This will stay on for a long time and taste absolutely horrid. My child's nails have never been healthier. We will continue to use until the bottle runs out, which will likely be a long time from now because it last so long.
