Plush pouch is just orders of magnitude nicer than any others, with an insulating side and a transmitting mesh side with easy connect for the straps anywhere on the insulating side. The cooling part is generously sized and holds it’s cool for a long time. Not too stiff like some others. Molds nicely around the injury. I bought two when I had a total hip replacement and they were a very important aid in my recovery. They reduced inflammation and pain and were easy to continually freeze and use—very important when you have limited mobility and rely on them for your recovery. You can also fold the inside part along the dividing lines to alter it to your specific desired profile width, which I did as my target icing site got smaller over time.
