PROVIDER Backpack, 33 L

Love Eastpak Provider backpacks and this one is no exception. In keeping with Eastpak tradition, this is well made and incredibly sturdy. The straps are padded and the fabric is strong. You touch this and the feel speaks to you: "I got you!". And it does have your back! This backpack comes with three main compartments which makes it great for organising based on frequency of use. This backpack is deceptively capacious! This is the only backpack I have found that can accommodate my ridiculously large laptop (15 inches), which benefits from the padded cushion inside that encases the laptop, as well as my set of bags within bags, notebooks, cables and random stuff I carry and not left me feeling like I have a back injury at the end of day. This backpack looks very sleek and I use it for everyday work. I find that it is both practical whilst looking professional. I have also used this backpack for weekend travel and also for 5-day trips (domestically and internationally). I have had no issues taking this backpack with me as my cabin luggage. The backpack is waterproof, which adds to how versatile it is to use because no matter the weather, it delivers. The colour of this backpack needs special mention; it's called "Triple Denim", which kinda does it justice but at the same time it does not fully capture it. My only way to describe it is to say this is a sort of gunmetal navy blue. I have been using these backpacks for the last 20 years and have possibly one too many. I am pleased to have added this one to my rotation. This is definitely value for money.

I bought this bag for work. It’s very large in capacity and leaves you never wanting storage or searching for you items. It has two main body zips and one smaller at the front. The compartments allow easy access to everything you need, with ties on the sides to compress the bag when not full or just to slim the profile. My 13” Mac fitted great and could hold several folders. I particularly liked the small pocket on the front (or very back as you walk). It was great for all the usual wallet, phone, keys etc when cycling. Despite this being 5 stars, I didn’t keep or use the bag, as I was after a hold-all style for a large lunch bag. The main compartment was ample, however I felt that the middle compartment would get neglected and decided to return the item. This would suit a train commuter/cyclist due to the ties on the side, sturdy fit and comfort. While testing the bag, I found that no matter how many items I loaded, the comfort was still there and the straps have a non slip material down the inner Center. My summary is that this is a great bag, and would suit anyone from college, university and working lifestyle. Due to the design, this would even be a great over night bag, for people working night shifts and just want some food, laptop/tablet and a change of clothes with them.

Excellent bag, very well made, plenty of pockets in the front section and a laptop sleeve in the back. Seems sturdy, water resistant and 30 year warranty. Only thing missing is a water bottle pocket but can clip a bottle on with a carabiner.

Usual Eastpak quality. Excellent bag with loads of room.

If I'm honest, I bought this bag by mistake for my wife not realising how big it was but I've kept it for myself as it's quite useful. My wife was after a ~15L backpack, for some reason I rushed ahead and bought this not realising it was 33L. Rather than return it, I opted to keep it because (1) it's actually a decent size for me and fits nicely between my laptop bag and my 80L camping bag (2) it seems well made and robust, thick material, heavy duty zips and good padding (3) it fits all my gadgets in. I recently used this on a weekend trip as my "tech" bag and managed to fit in my 15" Macbook Pro with TouchBar into the dedicated laptop slot, 2No 12.9" iPad Pro, DJI Mavic Pro Fly more combo and Sony A6500 with 16-70F4 in a small camera bag. All this fits in along with a plethora of cables, charagers, USB battery packs, etc To be honest with all that gear in it is phenominally heavy but still remains quite compact.

I bought this as a replacement for a Eastpack backpack with exactly the same style but a different colour which didn’t break for over 10years. When I found this one and saw the price I was so happy! It is much more expensive on their company site than on here. So it is definitely a value for money. I’d highly recommend as I know these bags are good quality. I absolutely love the pattern on mine and have been complimented for it too. I don’t care that it’s a big bag it’s comfortable and gets the job done 🥰

Literally can't find a fault. Resistant to wear (as all Eastpaks I've had so far, seeing as I still have all of them) Waterproof (within reason, i.e.: 30min walks under medium to heavy rain). Easy to clean (easy to clean the outside with a wet towel - or wash it all by hand or machine if the inside is bad, too). Perfect size (it has massive amounts of space when extended and I can shrink it to near flatness if mostly empty). Good organization (with all the little pockets in the front pocket and the lack of these in the other two pockets I can fit a mix of big and tiny things in the backpack without losing/damaging any). Comfortable (because of the depth control, the weight is always centered close to the body and things don't move around when walking). It also looks good. There are plenty other good things about this bag, but these are the main ones. I definitely recommend this to anyone. [UPDATE: After a full 3 years of heavy daily use (to carry everything and anything, from a laptop to groceries and going through camping gear) it still looks brand new. As in, not a single crease or scuff mark. Just-out-of-the-box new. As someone who doesn't really care about where my backpack rests (in a shopping cart, on the ground, hanging from a tree,...) this is pretty amazing. Sturdiest backpack I ever owned.]

I've had the same type of backpack for years and being happy with it, wanted one in a different colour. Disappointing to find out that some design changes have been made though. There's no retaining strap any more for the laptop pouch, which isn't a huge problem. The zip on the front compartment however is more of an issue. There used to be two zippers and now there's just one which may not sound like a big deal. It used to be possible to get at items on the go but if you carry it on your left shoulder, opening the single zip drops the contents on the floor. A shame such a good item has changed and hopefully they'll think about us left handers in future. If this doesn't sound like a problem for you, there's enough space to carry quite a lot, from work stuff to shopping. Comfortable to carry, good quality and pretty water resistant. Decent value, given how long they last.

Sacs achetés pour deux collégiens. Utilisés depuis plusieurs années et aucun trou ni déchirement ni même déformation du tissu que cela soit à l’extérieur ou à l’intérieur. Le prix, bien qu’un peu élevé, se justifie par la qualité du produit. Pour ma part, j’avais profité d’une belle promotion lors de mon achat. Ce sac EASTPAK a d’autres atouts que sa qualité et sa robustesse irréprochables : - Renforts aux épaules et au dos - Nombreux compartiments de rangements - Séparations des compartiments en tissu épais et solide - Taille idéale (ni trop petit ni trop grand) - Ne prend pas l’eau - Tissu qui se lave facilement - Look intemporel - Adopté par deux adolescents (garçon et fille)

Me encanta la marca y este modelo. Anteriormente tuve otra mochila Eastpak más sencilla y vivió mudanzas, viajes, caídas patinando, ir llena hasta casi no poder cerrar y se mantenía perfecta. Se me estropeó la cremallera tras casi 10 años conmigo y decidí comprar otra de esta misma marca. Este modelo es perfecto. Entra en el cajetín de Ryanair en caso de que te la inspeccionen (me ha pasado ya) aunque si la cargas al máximo sudarás un poco. Portátiles de 15,6" caben sin problema, lo mismo para los de 16", pero los de 17,3" entrarán demasiado justos, aunque no imposible. Tiene tres compartimentos, el de en medio grande pero no muy espacioso. Es muy cómoda y aunque la cargues mucho, no notarás molestia en la espalda si la ajustas correctamente. Viene bien acolchada, que la hace algo caliente para verano.
