A: The sensor needs to be pointed towards the moving object in order to trigger the light. For example, this bulb would be fine for a ceiling fixture where the sensor could point down towards the potential movement. With the bulb pointing up while inside an enclosure will likely not work.
**Q: Will these work through a frosted glass globe cover ?**
A: Hello friends,
We don’t recommend you install this bulb in a closed lamp fixture, because with a clear glass cover or fixture will educe the radius of motion detection. Please let the motion sensor exposed outside, so it can detect motion well.
**Q: Is the light bright enough for craft light**
A: Very much so.
**Q: will it work in horizontal light socket?**
A: Ii will work best in a horizontal socket. The motion is detected by the tip which cannot be shielded by glass or anything.
