I change the screen in 20 mins, of course with some screen changing experience. Manufacturer really thoughtful by adding a magnetic screw chart so you don’t forget the screw placement. I was not able to finish my fix as soon as expected because the tools chipped apart and became useless. This forces me to buy a separate better quality tool kit and therefore prolonged my iPhone fix. I have now finished my fix and have updated my overall review to 4 stars. My review is based on 3 categories: Price, Quality, and Overall Customer Experience.Price (5 stars) - The price is great for a replacement screen on an IPhone 7plus.Quality (3 stars) - Here I’m rating the whole set, screen and tool set. The screen is decent. The colors are not as bright and deep as the OEM screen, and seemed a little flat colored. But then again, you get what you pay for. What brings my rating down is the tool set that came along with the screen. As mentioned, the tools began to chip away and became useless only after unscrewing a few screws. Now some of customers might already have a strong tool set, but if you’re like me and only have the tools that come with the screen, then you might not be happy with this one.Overall Customer Experience (4 stars) - Although I was initially unhappy with the purchase because of the tool set, the seller was very gracious and offered a partial refund to help pay for the separate tool set that I bought. That is proof that this seller values their customers’ feedback and purchase experience.Suggestions to Seller - You have a good product that can be better. I had in the past needed to replace a screen for a different phone and went to a different company for a replacement screen. It had cost me more money and the screen cracked within 2 months. When I received this replacement screen, it came in a nice hard box for protection in shipping/storage and unlike the other company, this one came with a guide as to how to safely remove and replace the screens and touch button/ear piece. If/when another screen needs to be replaced, I will definitely look into this company again. Oh, and the order came earlier then what was stated as well!
