It is true to color as pictured. It’s a very pretty shade of turquoise - more to the pale green than blue. It matches perfectly with the Levtex Home Biscayne shower curtain in the guest bathroom of our coastal home. This rug is 100% cotton, as stated, and does not have a non-slip backing.
