It’s exactly that simple. Once you fill with water though you can flip it once, and then back to get more of the grounds soaked. After 12 hours, I do another two flips. Coffee comes out great. **Q: Is this comany going out of business? There website has a lot of broken links and no way to order** A: The company isn’t selling these systems anymore I don’t think. Or they aren’t manufacturing new ones. I think. **Q: This two months old unit leaks brew on to counter. it no longer screws tightly. our old bod from several years ago still works. what do we do with th** A: The company sent me new O-rings when I had that issue. That being said, you have to keep the O-ring wet when you are screwing on the base. It is the same principal of putting oil on the gasket of an oil filter before screwing onto the motor. **Q: Is it possible to replace the filters on this? And if so, how?
