Not a deal breaker, but not what I thought I was buying. The lock is different from other lock-back folders, but I kind of like it. It feels strong, although we didn't test it. I got the knife for my brother, he's been using it for the past year and it seems to hold up just fine. I'd say the EKA Swede 9 is comparable to my old Cold Steel Voyager (a good thing). Everything is still tight, and it seems to hold an edge well enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the EKA Swede 92 *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2018* I believe EKA intended this knife to replace the Swede 92. I had rather have the older knife. First, the hump on the back of the handle is uncomfortable. The lock-up of the blade is about the same as the older knife. It's adequate, but not great. It is in no way comparable to the best lock-back folders like Cold Steel's tri-ad lock. It is advertised as having a Scandinavian ground blade. Not true. There is a significant secondary bevel. This could have been a nice upgrade to the Swede 92.
