I wanted a square that would measure from zero on the inside edge, and measure from zero from the base for vertical measurement. I would think that would be a good idea and expected to have no problem. However, the only squares I could find on Amazon that measure that way are the really(!) expensive ones. So I ordered this one hoping for the best and was not disappointed.
