This was recommended by an insta influencer for Bariatric patients. It has vibrate, sound, and lights all of which can be turned on/off in any combo. This thing is SWEET! It works for both ADHD and Bari patients. I set it for my required 25 min wait time after meals and all the coworkers know at the sound of the vibrator it’s time to drink water.
