The handle springs are of lousy quality and break after normal use
The handle springs are of lousy quality and break after normal use (after about 150 times the handle is used for opening the door). This not just the case with the handle spring on one side. Both sides handles break because of bad engineering or choice of material.

Spindle length is bigger than the specifications mentioned,it is not fitted in my door of 30 mm thick exactly!! Now the same is useless and my money back is not possible due to no scope to exchange or return!! That is the fallacy!! How can I rate the star when it is not at all fitted properly due to spindle length of 30mm thick flush door.

Good one for the reasonable price
I got some 6 locks for my new home. They are good. For one of them, spindle was missing, I called up the given number, response was immediate and they shipped it on the same day. Appreciate the quick support on this.

Easy to install. Local shops are charging 1,500 for the same quality. Price is very good on amazon.
