The drawers move smoothly, and the knobs are modern. It's the perfect size for my space and looks great with my actual MCM filing cabinet. However, for $360 I expected this to arrive in perfect condition. It was pretty well packaged but apparently not good enough. It's a heavy box, over 100 lbs, and I'm pretty sure it was dropped on something. The box was busted in a few spots and the wood veneer actually chipped off in several spots where the damage was done to the box. Also, there's two spots where the wood is messed up and because its still got the veneer intact I think it happened in manufacturing and should have been caught in QC, but wasn't. Oh, and I can't forget the legs! Each set of legs is supposed to be held on with 5 screws. Execpt on one side they forgot to drill the holes for two screws, and the other side is missing one. It's never good to finish putting together furniture and find yourself with three leftover screws! But that's what we had, and nothing to be done for it. It still feels stable so hopefully it will remain that way over time. For the price of this piece I expected it to arrive in a lot better shape than it did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ VERY TALL Desk, but well made and easy to assemble *by P***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2020* 1. Product was damaged in shipping, and I don't think that's Amazon's fault. Amazon's customer service were great and offered either a partial refund, free replacement, or return.2. The desk is TALL! I don't know who can sit at this desk as it sits. It's sort of in a limbo height between standing and sitting. But if you are short or don't have a tall chair, this desk will probably be too tall for you.This is maybe crazy but we are going to cut about 4 inches off each of the legs to make this work for us.3. Quality is very good. Good finish, sturdy, and a nice drawers (mine just was just damaged in a few places during shipping ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful desk, but arrived damaged *by D***M on Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2020* This is a beautiful desk and counter heights are hard to come by in desks. The desk arrived damaged as shown in the first picture. The wood was split on the middle drawer, which is a shame and there seems to be no way to contact the seller. My other issue with this desk was that there were no holes drilled into the inside of the legs for the screws meant to stabilize the center lower back of the desk. I had to drill holes myself, which isn't ideal for a product that you buy and hope to have proper manufacturing. I like the look of it overall, but wish there was customer service to address the issue of the split wood on the drawer.
