I don’t know if it’s because I’m almost 7 months postpartum now so my nail health is getting better or if it was the vitamins, maybe it was the vitamin though because my nail Health wasn’t good even before I ever got pregnant and now it’s good. but these vitamins did help when I was struggling with nails Health so thank you.
