I for one am satisfied with the mount I received, and the installation was a breeze. I used my own screws because the ones provided were too long for my purposes, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer. I can't address any issues one reviewer had about screw holes not matching up to a VESA mount, the holes on the one I received measure properly for 75mm and 100mm VESA mounting. I'd buy another. It comes with the appropriate hardware to attach it to the bottom of your desk or wall. I chose the wall due to my desk top being on the thinner side and made of particle board. I recommend this for the price as it fits the Mac mini great. The value for my money is great and better than other similar items that are more costly.
