I don’t use an egg slicer when a knife works just fine and I think those plastic banana holders are ridiculous. However! I decided that my egg game could use a little help and for that price, I’d give it a shot. This simple tool is SO great! The perfect egg, every time. It doesn’t take up a lot of space (which is my main issue with a small kitchen and too many bigger appliances like crock pots) and they are so simple to use, even a kid could do it. The plastic/silicone is very sturdy, feels like it would hold up in the dishwasher (though the instructions do say that hand wash is recommended.) All in all, a great product at an awesome price! ### ⭐ Great for making weapons grade Salmonella *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2019* Allow 3-5 business days to cook breakfast. Tried boiling them with a scrambled mix of whites and whole egg. After 15 minutes half was glued to the containers and the middle was raw. Then I tried the pressure cooker. What resulted looked like a prop from a sci-fi horror movie. It turned the mix into a sponge; creating an inedible, watery mess. They're incredibly unstable. Trying to fill them and put the top on us like handling nitroglycerin on a dinghy in a hurricane. All I wanted was easy, portable protein made out of actual food. These flipped over in the pan and water got in through the holes. I ordered 2 sets and am sending them back. Both sets came without any directions and each set were in a box that showed Egglettes with stickers placed over the writing that said "includes 6 Egglettes". If I didn't already own original Egglettes I wouldn't of known you have to oil up the cups or you'd have a hard time getting them out.
