I searched in vain at four big-box stores online and then found this replacement. It's does its job perfectly, so I give it five stars. My only "down" thought is that this small part cost about $8, including shipping, and a week later I visited an independent hardware store and found a nearly identical "twin" tension cord pulley for a few pennies under $2. But, hey, I got what I wanted, and I haven't filed for bankruptcy yet.
