Two stars only because the overhead works fine. ### ⭐ Piece of crap *by R***D on September 28, 2020* DO NOT BUY THIS! Water pressure is terrible! I bought and installed and immediately knew there was an issue. I called and all they did was send another held held unit. Still terrible pressure. So I did a flow test with theirs and another Water Pik brand shower head. The water Pik was almost twice as much water flow. I sent this info to them and they never called back. I called them again several months later and still no call. Grohe's customer service sucks, especially when you prove to them their product is faulty and the design is terrible. When trying to adjust the temperature, it takes 30-60 seconds to change.
