Im 510 and an athletic build. I have a standing desk and a chair of course so I wear it to work under a shirt mostly since it seems kind of weird to me just to wear it out in open space. I have noticed I slouch quite a bit when I sit and stand so I thought I would give this a try. It fits nice, and helps keep my posture correct. When I take it off my posture is great for a couple hours and then I notice I have to remind myself to stand correctly. Ive only had it for about a week and havent been to religious on wearing it every day but I think if I did (which i will try to do) then I think it could eventually help long term. I think another great time to wear is it if you are going on a long drive. It definitely helps when you sit because half the time you dont even notice you are slouching. I never really had much backpain so I cant say anything for that but as far as broadening my shoulders and walking more straight then this definitely works.
