I am a student but have a chronic back problem and have pain every day. I find sitting at a desk all-day painful. This table is so easy to use it can be put on various angles and when I'm done it simply slides under the couch! I use it when I'm sat on the couch, there is anti-slip rubber on one side I use for my mobile and pens and grips for laptop. I put it on my desk and it's got enough space for my laptop and a mouse (just). It's fairly sturdy but for the price, I'm not complaining. I'm 5ft 8inches. It's a tad short in height for me on my desk. (standard desk height.) But I manage with it as I'm not standing all the time.
