The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the razor I received is not the one pictured in the photos. It is an attractive and well made razor, but it is not the one pictured. I was attracted to the clean, modern design of the one in the photo and was disappointed that the one I received was different. This razor is a well made, quality instrument that provides an excellent shave. The brush is well constructed and has a good heft and feel. It produces a good lather consistently. The only other issue was that the hanging arms of the stand arrived with some minor scratches. Several of a the pieces were loose in the box; most likely dislodged from their fitted spaces by rough handling during shipping. I have used this set daily since receiving it and am pleased with it's performance.
