I was a little hesitant to get it at first, being close to £20 for a glorified hot water bottle, but I suffer with niggly shoulder blade pain too so bit the bullet and got this T shaped bag that would be long enough to reach down my spine and could also be used for achy shoulders or a sore lower back.I got the lavendar scented, it feels a little bit more like I'm pampering myself.It works. It's warm and comforting and really helps with the aches and pains and is big enough to be used on most areas of the body. It works better than I thought it would and I love it.I love it so much that this is actually a replacement for the first one which was ruined in my suitcase by two broken bottles of cherry beer (thanks Manchester Airport baggage handlers!) that I ordered as soon as I arrived home.
