I have found this padded brace is comfortable to wear and does help me stand and sit up straighter. Unfortunately, it is not invisible under clothing, at least for me it is not. It is very obvious under all but the heaviest sweaters for me, and I don't feel comfortable wearing it to work or similar public situations.However, I do wear it around the house daily and also to the gym (where back braces and similar devices are far from an uncommon sight).
