Went for a run and a rowing session when they first arrived. I typically run about 20-25 miles a week, row, swim, and occasional yoga. So not a pro or a trainer, but someone who in their mid 40s who eats FAR too much of my three kids leftovers! Gotta pick up extra help wherever I can! So the idea of 'doubling up' with these pants was worth a shot...My experience in these is summed up in one word: Revolutionary. The next day I felt additional soreness in my lower abdominals, glutes, quadriceps.They are tight, but that's the point. One of my concerns was that the bands would create a wonky look, but no, they look like any other pair of leggings... there's no way from the outside that someone would be able to tell the leggings are also resistance trainers.The downside is I only have one pair!Thank you, what a wonderful product, I think you’ve created the bleeding edge of a new phase of fitness. ### ⭐ Not for me. *by C***S on January 24, 2018* Difficult to put on; painful to wear. I fail to see what advantages might accrue from wearing these while working out. I am 6' 2", 190, and bought size L, as recommended, but the fit was awful. Works my legs harder, but at the same time also providing nice comfort and coolness during intense workout sessions.
