The quality packaging alone inspires confidence in it's use and probable longevity. It is solidly constructed, fits well and works perfectly in Quick Charge 3 and all other modes. I recommend this item now and will be sure to edit this rating in the future if anything changes. You should go for the warranty extension as well... why not? If you can't figure out how to do this, just email the Nekteck support address and ask for help. It works excellently. It stays connected to the phone unlike my last car charger that kept connecting and disconnecting. This one stays connected and charging until you pull it out of the phone. I also love that you can hook up 3 items at once. So far, I've only hooked up 2 items to charge and guess what? It works perfectly. It doesn't take any longer to charge 2 items then it does to charge 1 so, that's also a plus. I don't have any negatives about this charger. I'd buy another one if I ever needed to. This is the only charger that has actually lasted me for more then 2 months w/o giving me problems.
