Our 28oz. box makes up to four dozen French doughnuts. **Q: What kind of oil is recommended?** A: I used avocado oil! Really any cooking oil will work. **Q: Can I transfer this to a glass jar without refrigerating it? Or once opened must the mix be refrigerated?** A: No refrigeration needed after opening the box. I like the glass jar idea which I think I will use as well. :) **Q: Do these need to be served right away? I would love to make these for a school event but not sure if they will be yummy cold?** A: They are best served warm. If you make at home to take elsewhere be sure you have a large rectangle pan and stack no more than two high. I use an ice cooler with towels as insulation to keep at least at room temp. ## Frequently Bought Together - Cafe Du Monde Beignet Mix, 28 Oz (Pack of 1) - Cafe Du Monde Coffee Chicory, 15 Ounce Ground - Cafe Du Monde Coffee and Chicory Single-Serve Cup Pods, 12 Count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/96305712-cafe-du-monde-beignet-mix-28-oz-box](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/96305712-cafe-du-monde-beignet-mix-28-oz-box) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
