I received this 2 weeks ago and I'm surprised it is already showing signs of wear getting "fuzzies" where i attach the Velcro. Something i would expect from a 15 dollar brace but not a 40 dollar one... not this soon!2. The instructions and reviewers both did not metion the risk of putting this on too tight. I did that the first day and it caused all kinds of problems. As anyone with PF should know by now, the PF tendon is directly connected to muscles/tendons in your calf (hence, the stretches) Having this too tight wound up causing severe calf cramping for a few days.I find i often have to fiddle with it to get it "just right" at which point i have satisfactory comfort. That would suggest products that you cant adjust are unlikely to work well for very many people. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Helps but in normal shoes only.. *by A***2 on Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2016* This was a great idea... And as other customers have stated, don't put it in too tight. I couldn't wear it in a midtop hiking boot as the wrap was too thick across the ankle. But for standard shoes it was perfect. Only had it a few weeks and starting to lose it's shape... I wear it constantly even in bed but I suppose that's to be expected. A bit too pricey.... But I found kinesiology tape more effective and more comfortable.
