Sent It back. *by R***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2019* We wanted to love this thing, and nearly did, but have sent it back. On the bright side it is quite, runs a long time on a charge and picks up plenty of, (but not all) dirt. On the down side, it needs constant attention and supervision for no apparent reason.It frequently stops and announces things like "Right wheel needs cleaning" when the wheel is fine. It will not clean our carpet even though the fibres are shorter than the 1.5cm limit in the specs. When on the carpet it runs briefly (a foot or two) and then stops. Works fine on our tile floor. When it encounters area rugs (Very flat carpet) it hops along like a rabbit, leaving marks and uncleaned spots.Occasionally it stops vacuuming altogether and just roams around aimlessly bumping into things without actually cleaning the floor.We were unable to get it working with the phone App. The app requires the machine's serial number which is printed on a Bar code and written numerically on a tag. Neither of these entry methods worked. The current version of the App appears to be different from the one described in the manual.We liked the idea of the wet cleaning feature, but did not test it for the above reasons. Imagine filling it with water and then flipping it over to check the right wheel dozens of times. ### ⭐⭐ Worked for One Year - Dead Now *by T***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 4, 2020* So, I really liked this vacuum while it lasted. I have two short haired dogs and tile floors, so having extra help keeping their fur off the ground was appreciated. I have long hair and my hair would get tangled in the brushes, but not a huge deal. I have to clean my hair off of the brushes about once a month, otherwise they'd stop spinning properly. The charge time was sufficient enough to clean my house, but I admittedly close the doors to the bedrooms so that it wouldn't go roaming in there. I have a moderately thick rug in my living room, and this vacuum could not roll onto it. (So, this would probably be best for tiled homes.)After a year of intermittent use (I didn't set a daily schedule until about nine months after owning it) it's not working properly. It'll charge fine, but when I activate it, it moves less than a foot away and then stops. (I uploaded a photo, showing how far it moves from the charging dock. Please excuse the piles of fur, my vacuum's broken.) I don't know what's causing it and there is no way to contact customer service for troubleshooting. By the way, the app is a joke. Don't bother downloading it onto your phone.I absolutely recommend getting a robot vacuum for your home, but if you want one to last more than a year, choose a different brand. I'm currently looking for a new vacuum, myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing little vacuum! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2019* This little guy is wonderful (for the price, it's amazing!). It doesn't bang into my furniture as often as my $450 unit did, and it is pretty good about vacuuming in a pattern (as apposed to just zipping all over hoping it gets all the spaces). It is also nice and quiet.I'm probably going to send it back though. Not because it isn't a capable little vacuum, but because I have a couple rooms with carpet, and I really need a beater brush to get all the dust and small particles up.It doesn't "mop" very well. I filled the water bucket up, put the mop cover on, and let it do its thing. The pad never got very damp (a few small spots on the pad did show a little wetness).The app is adiquate, minimal, and pretty simple to setup. Getting my Google Home App to play nice with it has been less successful. Even though I set up a WeBack account, it keeps telling me I don't have an account. I used my email to set up the account, Google asks for your phone number as your username.
