With these headphones on, I can't hear the loud cars driving by or a firetruck with its sirens on. I live about 50 feet from the street, if that helps. The ear cup fit directly over and around my ears just perfectly. They are heavy but I like that. They are bulky but I like that. I am so in love with the purple color. Oh and the cord is braided for added durability. I plugged these in to make sure they worked on the first try and they did. I have only used them for a few hours and they don't hurt my head, which is also another thing I look for in headphones. Ok, the sound now...the sound on this pair is absolutely incredible. I am not saying they sound like $300 pair but for what you paid for them, you hear sound off in the distance. And when you're turning around from a character, you can hear where they are in adjacent to you.I was looking for a cheap pair of headphones for my PC and I found the perfect pair on the first try. Not bad, Amazon. I am going to have to get another pair for my boyfriend. He was liking mine but he can't have mine.Update 12/21/2020:Headphones are still holding up perfectly. I still stand by what I said almost a year and a half ago. The only thing I would change about them is to turn up the volume even higher.
