I knew I needed something that didn't plug in during my move to help keep my clown fish and coral alive while moving. This worked great and kept going strong for 3 days when I ran into a hicupp in moving. I did also have a plug in heater from my tank to assist when I was around power but I believe this pump kept them alive while away from power.
