Tasty and healthy
Awesome product. Yes , it tastes a little plainer than those with msg. But it is still very tasty. And I don’t want to go back to those with msg and preservatives.

Less salty than other brands with no MSG
This is a good alternative for me as a regular consumer of pork sung. I find this to be a bit less salty than those I am used to which is a good thing for a change. It is crisp and dry to the throat to me. I switch back and forth with my regular brand every month.

Very good, but actually 350 mg of sodium, not what's pictured on the label.
Product is the same as a friend bought locally. However, the sodium content on the label in the listing is a lie. It's actually 350 mg which was on the previous jar I had, not what's on the label pictured here. That's a disappointment since I'm sodium restricted. I'd hoped for the lower content, but will definitely buy again. The Chinese restaurant I've been going to for over 40 years makes this fresh and used it in their egg rolls. Looking forward to trying it in the IP egg roll bowl.

Had better.
It's good but the texture is not comparable to other shredded pork I favor. It's not so much the product itself but rather a matter of personal preference. Goes well with porridge.

Tastes good and in good nutrition with more protein content than that of the fat. But the price is slightly higher than that I purchasedt from the Chinese supermarket before the attack of COVID-19.

Taste is slightly off. A bit bland.
Flavor is off per my 15 year old son who has been eating pork fu for all his life... Maybe its the lack of MSG ?

Good quality product, fast delivery
Bought one from Costco several month ago and like it. Since Costco no longer carries it after that batch, I am happy to be able to find this item from Amazon. The price is reasonable - only a couple dollars higher than Costco. The item is well packaged, fresh and the expiration date is more than a year away.
