It has a soft leather feel and it's sturdy without being too heavy. It looks quite handsome as well; gives my tiny apartment a touch of elegance and class. lol It holds 120 tissues perfectly but not the box they come in. I'm thinking the tissues will stop popping up once they get too low but I can either refill it or just open the lid and grab one so I'm okay with that.
