There are a few things to check for this. First, make sure you are using the included PCB test wings. Make sure all 4 motors are making direct contact with the silver trace on the wings. Lastly, make sure the motors are correctly lined up with the Drone HUB. There are small circles on the white motors, line those up with the circle on the HUB. He can drive it better than me. Be careful with the coloring-in or some of the rotors may not rotate. However if you do mess up the kit comes with test arms so you still have a drone to play with albeit less customized.
