The range is crafted by small suppliers using responsibly sourced materials and aims to be sustainable in every way. How does a product qualify as Honestly Made? Most of these products are manufactured in independent family workshops that are too small to join Fair Trade groups and some of these countries do not have such organisations. However we can vouch that our supplies and their smaller suppliers follow Fair Trade principles. What about packaging? Many of the goods we receive from developing countries are packaged in recycled plastic and we sometimes reuse this material when packing and shipping goods to our customers, maybe you will also find a good use for it too.
