We are really happy with it. I've purchased luxury goods from high level designers that were less well made than this backpack. We are excited to use it for our new baby and it holds a huge amount which is great. Does not come with a changing pad (which I saw some people asking about as some of the other versions of this online) but is jacked with many other great features which more than makes up - plus I'd rather have selected my own changing pad frankly. I have 2 year old twins and a newborn, all of whom are in diapers and I had room for everything we needed. However the top zipper had a crooked tooth and kept getting stuck.
