yes, will fit 2016 heritage softail classic

It said would fit my 2003 HD Road King FLHRCI but it doesn’t; is it supposed to come with a mounting ring? Where are the directions for installation?

I have an '08 Heritage and the headlight ring doesn't fit properly either. The 2 smaller ones fit but not the headlight ring. There are no directions. I heard one guy stuffed a door insulation strip into the headlight ring to make it fit better. he said it worked. I am just going to go buy a Harley headight ring. Good luck.
