good ball, good price
So hard to find a massage ball in this size range, and when you do it's usually 35 dollars. For a freaking rubber ball. Granted they are dual density and durable rubber but that still probably costs about a buck or a buck and a half to make and another couple bucks to ship MAYBE. These sorts of things should be 5-8 dollars and if they were marketed as toys they would be. That said, at 14 bucks or so this is the best deal I could find by a long shot and it seems to be of decent quality. So an enthusiastic recommendation from me.

Great for my sore legs
My physical therapist recommended I get a massage ball as I’m recovering from a pulled hamstring and still dealing with some soreness. I also use a foam roller but I’ve come to like the ball better. The nubs are perfect for really digging into my sore muscles, and I like that they aren’t actual spikes so I don’t worry about snagging my leggings. The size is perfect to pack when I’m traveling - it’s roughly tennis ball sized, so I can toss it into any overnight bag. I’ve used it every day for over a month and so far so good.
