Yes, it does fit, but you need to wrap the cord for the opposite side of the openOmg around the mouth of the bottle while you're trying to stretch the ring to fit. Neither the description nor the pictures show this.EDIT: The vendor contacted me and has tried to rectify the situation. I am happy with their customer service. Despite the cord being a solid cord across the ring, it is possible to stretch the cord around the lip, but you need to shove it below the plastic ring.
