Also, I tried several times, several ways to use this product. I never found it useful for the money.. putting your hair up on top of your head in 1 or 2 ponytails, twisting hair around a ponytail in securing with bobby pins... Do this for overnight and take them out in the morning and you’ll end up with just as good curls or better **Q: How hot do the rollers get, and is there a temperature setting to avoid heat damage?** A: No temp adjustment. I don’t use it that much but I do use it so that’s how I avoid heat damage. It gets really hot. I have to hurry up and roll because my fingers are uncomfortable. Hope this helps. I had been agonizing on how to deal with my hair on vacation but these made my trip seamless. Just plugged it into a basic Paris adaptor, no voltage converter needed. Overall, these are really easy to use. I love that there are only 6 rollers--they are long and I pried my hair out onto them and easily 6 work, and I have a lot of hair and it's long. Highly recommend! They heat up quickly too, plus the footprint is small as the rollers are tall.
