The recommended power rating for a power amplifier, per Avantone Pro, is between 10-200 Watts. We here at Front End Audio have used Avantone Pro Passive MixCubes (and/or their inspiration/predecessor, the long discontinued and impossible (and quite foolish to try) to find "Auratone") with a wide range of amplifiers ranging from a simple home stereo receiver up to a monster McIntosh 2500. The trick with the bigger amps is not to turn them up so loud that you might blow the speakers. So, you'll be fine so long as your amp (which model is unclear) fits within those general specs, and you use them practically at lower volumes. All that said, the reasons why you might consider a different amplifier is if your amplifier isn't very linear (accurate) in regards to frequency response. For this application, Front End Audio sells high-end SBS Amplifiers.
