Are these thick enough to be worn with boots? Would they rub or get holes?

No holes. I’ve worn them several times with boots

Are these thick enough to be worn with boots? Would they rub or get holes easily?

They aren't extremely thick, but could definitely be worn with shoes. I wouldn't wear them with a new pair of boots though because new boots rub on your heels a bunch and could cause a hole. But otherwise, I would wear mine with a pair of boots.

Are they comfortable with heels?

I would say yes because it’s not too thick or thin. It feels like regular socks. I wore it with closed toe shoes and it was comfortable.
