My son was moving so I gave them to him. So now I wanted my sound back. We had to down grade from a 5.1 nad/theil set up. We moved to a condo and just didn't have the room for 6 speakers wires etc. I went with the s2000 pros. I really like them but to fill a bigger room,.they were a little to small. Sooo now to the s3000 pros. These were another great speaker, but kept finding my self eyeing the airpulse 300s. Well I bought them. And they are really good. They need to be broken in, I found about 30 hours was the sweet spot. I really did a lot of moving them as well. They are pretty amazing for the money and size. I have owned theils Polk audio focal etc. And while my focal monitors I use are a better speaker they also cost 3 times the price. My point is if you don't have room for wires etc then these 300 pros are the ticket. They really are that good. I am no audiophile I wish I was. But never had the money for it. But I know good ... great sound and these speakers really over achieve. Best thing I can say in this long winded rant is even my dad with his macintosh and focals commented on how good they sound for a as he put it a inexpensive speaker. And he is a music snob. Made me smile. Oh and like the one review said by the stands. You just spent 1500 on book shelf speakers what is 200 more. They make a huge difference. This is an add on to this review. I highly recommend using a blue sound node 2 I just added it to my speakers man high res is something. I use tidal and qbuz streaming services. It smashes Bluetooth and CD for fidelity. If you buy a streamer just make sure it does above 16bits. The blue sound does 24bits at 96k. I love my a300s even more. I know before you say it, lazy with the wires. As soon as I get done with the 20 hour binge I will wire tie them the right way. Just ignore them for me. I can't stand behind a company with zero customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean Highs, Strong Midrange, Smooth Bass. *by C***E on April 9, 2025* Amazing sound for the price. I've owned them for about 4 years now and they're still sounding crisp. I have them mounted to the official edifier stands and my cats treat it like a cat tree (they've even lightly scratched the woofers once or twice), and yet the speakers stay robust and full sounding.
