Our old man is 16 and dribbles. As a Lhasa apso he’s small but his wee gentleman is half way up his belly so we buy the medium. These are great. Very absorbent with no spills, leaks and they stay on great without slipping and squishing his wee man. The little indicator that they are wet is useful.They are quite pricey at times so we buy them when there’s a deal.
