U-maybe? *by C***X on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2020* I will update my review when I have used this more... but I have to say I am not impressed with it after first taste and first use.Finger test - tastes like chicken bouillon.Used on a New York steak - tastes like bouillon on a steak.I plan to do chicken thighs tomorrow so I will try it with them, both alone and mixed with other seasonings.I will say I feel like there are other flavors in there trying to break through and maybe with more experience they will be more noticeable.All around just not sure where it will fit in to really do what it says and amplify the flavors of my cooking, but I’m going to keep trying! It is not bad in any way, I am just going to reiterate that it so closely resembles bouillon to me that I don’t know if I will be able to get past it.It is also rather expensive for the quantity of product compared to most of the other stuff that I buy. I really enhances my meat dishes giving them a richer deeper delicious flavor. I was hesitant at first to use this spice, then tried it on some boring old chicken, holy cow! I had no idea chicken could taste this good. Then I tried it on a ribeye and was in heaven.I now use it on all my meat dishes and receive rave reviews. The key is not to go overboard, a little sprinkle is all that’s needed to bring out the amazing flavors of your meats. I even carry a small container with me when I’m dining out to enhance my meals.
