LED Shop Light for Garage, T5, 2FT, 10W, 1100LM, 6500K, 8 Pack

I have a warehouse full of old fluorescent lights, it's always very dark inside and in the winter when it's cold the fluorescent lights have a hard time heating up to get any light out of them. I got five of these 8 packs of LED strips and hung them up all over the warehouse, these work GREAT!!! Instantly they light up the whole warehouse inside with bright LED light. Super easy to install. - Instead of using the silly little metal clips that are included with these to hold the strips up, I used simple zip ties and zip tied them to the ceiling truss bars and plugged them into a power strip. I walk into the warehouse, flick the button on the power strip and I have 40 of these LED strips light up instantly with all the light I need. They are light weight, super easy to install, low energy used for lots of light. I wish I bought and installed these years ago, I cant express enough how these are a million times better and brighter than my old fluorescent fixtures. (I wont ever buy another fluorescent bulb) Great value, don't hesitate, if you get this 8 pack I guarantee your log back onto Amazon to buy another one to add lights to your garage, basement furnace room, etc... Great light, easy to setup. I purchased these for my closet, they are bright. Got an adapter to connect to an existing recessed light box. Only concern is durability since I never heard the brand but so far so good. However, it is not I leave my lights on for long. Just walk in and out and I have installed for about 2 months now.

Wow....I don't often write reviews, but I have to for this product. These are amazing. Super bright, lots of them (8 bulbs), compact, and everything included. I purchased these to make my own rustic bathroom light fixture, and these are awesome! They are so bright, I can do both bathrooms with them, and still have two bulbs left over for undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. I know opinions diverge, but I also love the cool white "daylight" color of the bulbs. I intentionally bought the cool white color. I think that is especially important in a bathroom, where you need to know how you look in the daylight, not under some artificial yellow light glare! This isn't a drawback, and actually for my purposes it is an advantage, but these are very compact. Less than 1.5" "tall" about 1" wide, and 46" long, not counting space needed to plug the cords in. Speaking of cords, it comes with EVERYTHING you might need, and lots of it! There are cords with plugins, a switch, and a connector to the light....there are plugins to connect these bulbs end-to-end....there are plugins to splice them into your house wiring....there are LONG plugins to connect 1 bulb to another with a couple of feet of play. This is a truly amazing product for the price. Before finding this, I was looking at buying T8 bulbs for around $10/each, which would have cost me $80 just for the bulbs, not to mention the cost of all the wiring and fixtures to connect them. I highly, highly recommend this purchase to anyone that is considering it!!

I have mixed feelings about these lights but that is because I am using them off-label, so to speak. I needed 6500k as I am using them as supplemental lighting for some of my houseplants beneath the shelves of my ladder bookcase. They work well for this purpose. However, I struggle with how bright they are which is not the manufacturer's problem. They are advertised to be this bright. They are hurt-my-eyes bright. I am working on creating some kind of hood / extension to attach to the shelves so that the lights are shielded. Why not a 5-star rating? The covers over the lights are really flimsy. When installing the lights, and connecting the cables, there is nowhere to grab the light without displacing the plastic covers a little bit. I then have to coax the covers back into position. They get a 4-star rating because they make my medium-light-loving plants very happy (2 lights per shelf). They are a good value, and would make amazing under-cabinet lights if you have a dark kitchen.

This was the best value pack and priced well. I installed all 12 of the lights in my garage and the result was amazing. It lit up my garage perfectly! Installation was very easy. Some user reviews were complaining about the mounting brackets used and they are a spring type action, so when you install them you can't install the screw all the way tight, as that will make no spring action to clamp over the light strips to hold them in place. If you tighten them just enough to hold the brackets secure without spinning, then you will not have any trouble clicking them into place.

Amazing product for the price point. Excellent value. I bought these for aquariums gave me the light I needed and helps plants grow better although its not a plant light it did increase my plant growth

Great quality and easy to setup. I did not receive the clips to mount them, so I contacted the seller. They decided to send me a whole new box including the lights and clips at no charge! Highly recommend

For those living in the north trying to keep succulents alive during winter, these are perfect for the price and value. I ziptie them to metal shelving a few inches above the plants, and it's enough to keep them lightly sun stressed and out of dormancy all winter long. I've even had a few flower for me indoors using these. Plus the added brightness is really helpful to have during long winters. They don't use up too much electricity and are incredibly easy to use. Even if I stopped my succulent hobby, I would still buy and use these around the house. They're great under cabinets, for seeing small crafts in detail, and adding brightness to areas that are otherwise dim. Highest recommendations.

Super bright great lights for cheap

I have a set of 4ft, and a set of 2 ft lights like this. I use the 2ft ones in my kitchen. They fit perfectly on the inside of my cabinets and under my cabinets to keep things well lit. They are definitely very bright! I've had the larger ones for months and they stay on 24/7, I've not seen any of them lose any brightness, or break/die so far. I only installed these 2 ft. Ones yesterday but I have no reason to think they won't last as long as the bigger ones. Of the 8 big ones I have 1 set of 4 lights daisychained (1 plugged into wall, the others plugged in to the light beside it) together, 1 light by itself, and a set of 3 daisychained. Of the 8 short ones I have 4 daisy chained, 2 daisy chained, and 2 leftover that I've not yet found a home for. These come with great little clips that install easily with a single screw, but the options are really endless. I have the inside cabinet ones attached to the shelf with heavy duty double sided tape, I have some attached to my metal shelf system with zip ties. As well as under and over my bed with zip ties. I use the clips for the lights on my ceiling, in my window sill, and under cabinets. I suspect I'm using these for 'off label' purposes, but .. I live in a large building where 'not all' my neighbours are as tidy as I am. I find that keeping my place extremely well lit helps to keep any pests from getting cozy and camping out. So far it's working very well, and certainly makes me feel better.

I'm very particular when it comes to light in my work area. My family downsized and moved into an unfinished garge. In the past i would put lights in the walls and on the ceiling - but, i'm trying to excercise some self control! Anyway, once the interior of the garage was completed we built an overhead storage space that took away all the light from above so I was looking for a solution withought going all out. For the price of these lights i thought id give them a try and if they were no good id be able to utilize them elsewhere. I must say i'm super happy the lights, they are really bright and they cast even light (you can see the shadow in the floor and on the garage door). The installation is super easy and there is lots of options for install. Since I have to plug into the ceiling i am going to get a wireless outlet and mount a switch on the wall - that will eliminate the long extension cord. I highly recommend these lights.
