Downfall is it is too bright. Like really bright. So we put on a dimmer, but at the mid-range of the dimmer, where it would be just right, it buzzes. Trying to figure out how to take the buzz away. Took away one star due to this dimmer issues. Don't want to pay high price for different dimmer but don't want the buzzing either. *** EDIT*** After three tries with three dimmers still looking for a dimmer that does not buzz. Reduced from 4 to 1 star. Help! Who knows which dimmer to use? We've use even the $30 LCD dimmers and still a buzz.***EDIT*** Customer service did respond overnight. Which I appreciate. However, we ONLY used LED - ELV Lutron or Leviton dimmers and NONE worked without the buzz. See the photo of the latest one we tried that still buzzed - that was a $30 dimmer. The look of the light is wonderful. But its very bright - how would my mom get up at night and turn this light on in our guest bath without being blinded? After searching different big box stores and local lighting shops we decided on this gem. For the price you would be hard pressed to find a better value. It is a breeze to install and the light is beyond bright. I highly recommend a dimmer. The reviews I read kept referring to the light making a slight buzz with a dimmer switch. I attached a picture of the Lutron LED dimmer switch that I purchased for about $19. No buzz and the light is plenty bright enough even at the lowest dimmer setting. The only other advice I would give is that when putting the screws into the connection box that attaches to the bracket start with the 2 screws on the bottom. And it doesn't hurt to have someone hold the light while you attach the light to the bracket. One person can do the job but if you have an extra set of hands around I would use them. Total install from start to finish was about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this light fixture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good light fixture, as described *by P***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2020* Bought this for a bathroom vanity. The fixture is packaged well with foam spacers, the fixture wrapped in plastic, and the parts bag sealed with all of the parts.Installs in about 15 minutes, going at a normal pace. (make sure the power to the existing light is off or shut off at the fuse box before you begin) The wall plate that screws onto the wall has a lip at the top and bottom of the plate. Each lip has 2 screw holes. After mounting that plate on the wall, you connect the wires and then mount the fixture on that plate.The one alteration I had to make was to tweak the mounting plate a bit, so the screw holes on each lip would line up with the screw holes on the fixture. Not a big deal, but notable if anyone tries to install the light and decides to return it due to those screw holes not lining up correctly.After finger tightening the screws, I secured them with a screwdriver. If you mount this in an area with limited space above or below, you'll need a angled screw driver to access the screw heads.Otherwise, once installed and the light is turned on, it's bright. It isn't floodlight bright, but it is bright. If you need good lighting to put makeup on, light up a bathroom, this will do the job.The light came with a pair of white gloves, to help keep the fixture surface blemish free. The metal is a very high polished steel. After installing, just wipe the fingerprints off and it looks really good.The light swivels easily, and stays in place after you move it to the desired angle.The measurements given are pretty accurate.Hopefully the LED strip will have a long life.
