Btw, I was sick of hearing them talk about it for the previous 2 months.. During my workout I got a crazy pump, I felt like so much was better..circulation, my joints, energy and ahh that great pump surge feeling. My training buddies are in awesome shape and young for their ages..30 and 35, ya so I'm 49 ..I'm by far the best looking of the three, but still a good bit older lol. I felt like crappy workouts were cause I was getting older, and something I would have to deal with. Sorry, I don't believe in testosterone unless it's my own and I gave up on supplements in the 90's. That day my workout game changed. Finally, I was killing it again..and I definitely let my buddies know it! Anyway, I bought a bottle shortly after and gave it a month to see if it was just an initial reaction. So anyway, IT WORKS! It's way worth it and I can afford this. I'm only scared the price will go up, so I might have to stock up. Young guys...taking this would be an unfair advantage for you lol! I can tell you C-PRIME 5 is the only product I have tried that had noticeable effects on my body composition. I am leaner, stronger and I get incredible pumps in the gym.I have found taking it with a carbohydrate meal to work best. I usually take 3 doses a day, 1 with my breakfast, 1 with my pre-workout meal and 1 with my dinner. On days I don’t workout I take it with my lunch. This is what has proved effective for me. Another positive effect is that I don’t have the normal crash in energy after eating a big meal.  This is only my first bottle of C-PRIME 5 however, I can say without a doubt it will now be a daily staple. Not only because it works but it is also affordable. I like that it’s caffeine and gluten free so I can take it throughout the day and with my pre-workout and don’t have to worry about it making me jittery. I have found my sugar cravings are almost non-existent while taking this product.Since it helps metabolize carbohydrates, I don’t feel guilty when I have a cheat meal or an extra serving of dessert.
