It was a good fruitcake. I think the recipe might need some adjustment between the flour amount liquid. It tended to fall apart fairly easily and I packed it very tightly in an Angel food cake pan. I used cheesecloth soaked in Brandy and wrapped it tightly, and checking on it to make certain everything was still moist with Brandy. It was very tasty.
