How many forms are included, and how much liquid in each of the bottles?

There are about 100 forms in the roll. I only used the forms once. I use the builder right on my own nails. I've done my nails every 10 -12 or 14 days for maybe 10 times and just ordered another builder by itself. It's like having super super nail hardener under my polish

Is this a product for non professional?

Yes and no. It is recommended for a professional to do it, but as long as you know you to paint pretty well and not get it on your skin then you can you do it too.

Can you use normal (not gel polish) nail polish with this?

Yes, you can. However, first you need to do all 3 steps with gelfx system finishing with the top coat. Then you can apply a regular nail polish right on the dried top coat. Typically this way regular nail polish should last longer.

Since this is self-leveling, do you create an apex by turning your hand upside down for a few seconds before curing, or is there another way?

Yes and no. I turned my hand upside down but I literally had to go back over the nails to build the apex.
