It has perfect vacuum, the only time the vacuum does not work is due to human error by not putting the liner properly.I would 100% recommend this product. Specially indians who have troubles with leaking blender jars because of the lids that come with. The lids are still just sitting loosely on top of the containers. I bought these for use on smooth rimmed glass bowls. If it won't create a vacuum on those, what will it work on?Amended review:I'm amending my review. Take a look at the orange juice image for this product. That's what it takes: a significant overhang for the lid. If you have that, it will form a vacuum. Since the lids come with no instructions, there is no way to know that a lid that fits - slightly larger than the container - will not work.Given the extra space required to store containers having a lid with a significant overhang, I find these lids to be of limited use. I suggest you get a complete vacuum container with a lid designed for it, and the same size as it.
